== AFFILIATE AGREEMENT ==

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BOOSTR, LLC (Speed Boostr).

BY SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO EACH CONDITION.

 

SUMMARY

The goal of this program is to give you a reliable partner to refer Shopify services and apps to your audience / clients.

Please don't abuse the program, misrepresent us, or do anything spammy that compromises the integrity of our brand.

 

1. PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

We aim to create long term mutually beneficial relationships. With that being said, we can terminate this agreement for any reason, at any time, and you can terminate this agreement for any reason, at any time.

 

2. GUIDELINES

2.1 Promotion

We're building a respectable brand that values quality and integrity. With this in mind, spammy promotions are not permitted.

Use your logical judgement, but for example we don't want: links on low quality or spam sites, comment spamming, false claims, email blasting people who have not opted into a list.

2.2 Paid Advertising

We use paid adverstising, so at this time competing paid advertising is generally not permitted. Examples are creating ads that link directly to our website / apps, and contain terms we would logically advertise for ("Speed Boostr", "shopify optimization", etc).

If you'd like to use paid ads, contact affiliates@speedboostr.com with your idea.

 

3. PAYMENT

We pay commissions monthly via PayPal.

3.1 Services

Commissions on services are eligible for payment after we have completed the service. We have a low refund rate, but if a customer "over purchases" we are honest with them and may adjust their service down as necessary, which will affect the commission % earned.

Commissions on services are a 1 time payout, granted for purchases made within 30 days of the referral.

 

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

We may share inside information or news with you before publishing to our website. We ask that you respect confidential information by not sharing.

 

5. RELATIONSHIP

You agree that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any legal partnership or employment relationship between you and Speed Boostr.

 

6. FEEDBACK

We strive to build a great brand and relationships with our customers, colleagues, and affiliates. If you have any ideas or suggestions to  improve our apps or services, or to help you promote better, please let us know.
